  • What is a Lean eCom Brand (LEB)?

If you are looking to start an ecommerce brand there are 2 ways to do it:

1. Go ahead and place an order for 1000, 5000, 10000 units of the product, or...

2. Start selling an ecommerce product WITHOUT ordering stock and validating the demand using low-cost methods.

Which way would you rather choose? 

Lean e-commerce Brand is a way to start and scale e-commerce business with a minimal risk but with maximum potential upside. 

We start testing physical products that are validated and proven to sell removing the risk of market demand. We provide you with suppliers able to send products with minimal upfront investment. 

At the same time after the initial validation of the product we brand it with our “lean eCom branding approach” and create amazing customer experience. 

This isn’t your regular churn and burn dropshipping model with a poor customer experience. 

You building something you are proud of.

Think Apple. It started with a prototype product, low upfront investment and turned into the one of the biggest brands on earth. It started in a garage, they didn’t place a massive order right away. Anything above 8% is a very fast growing industry.

  • LEB vs…Dropshipping?

Lean e-commerce brands are designed for long term whereas Dropshipping is mostly short-term opportunity. We use dropshipping model to validate products but as soon as our products start selling, we are branding them. 

Most dropshippers are lazy and don’t improve the branding and customer experience. Thats why they have issues with:

- Banned ad accounts on FB
- paypal and Stripe holds
- Shopify bans
- Many unhappy customers

For a few hundred dollars you can start branding your validated product and deliver great experience to your clients. 

This is what lean eCom brand model is all about: building a long term sustainable business, not short term loophole that will stop working soon

  • LEB vs…FBA?

Amazon is very competitive and just in order to rank for specific keywords you have to spend a lot of capital. Also margins on Amazon FBA are super low, its cut throat competition that forces you to constantly lower your prices. 

On top of that you need to spend 10,000s to get initial momentum with Amazon FBA business. And thats before you start getting any sales from it!

  • Day trading/forex

The number of successful traders that can CONSISTENTLY make profit is very low. You need to literally monitor multiple screens all day long and be extremely good at math. 
This is super hard to do and it’s the opportunity for those ready to get tied to their screens just to make a living

With lean ecom brand once you brand got the momentum you can hire few team members to take over 90-95% of all day to day operations from your plate. 
Small team of 4-6 people can operate a business with $500k - $5,000,000 in revenue per year. I know because I did it.

  • LEB vs...Remote closer

Not many people are good at selling. You have to be able to face rejection on a daily basis. This is great for some people who enjoy hearing no every day but for most of us, we want to sit behind out laptops and have full location freedom. 

With LEB you can work from your laptop, connect with people you really like and want to do business with but face no rejection on a daily basis.

  • LEB vs...Real estate (wholesaling, flipping, etc.)

Let’s be honest, real estate market is the hole right now. Real estate requires substantial down payments (100s of thousands) and it’s not what most people want to do. 

But when it comes to buying a $40 - 70 - $100 product, many people still do it because it gives them instant gratification. That makes LEB a perfect opportunity to satisfy those human needs. 

  • How much time on a daily / weekly basis I need to commit to grow my LEB ( Lean eCommerce brand) ?

A lot of our clients start LEB when they still working full time jobs. So even in few hours a day you can get substantial momentum and get to a point where your LEB income overtakes your full time job income. 

At that point many people decide to go all in with their LEB to scale it to $100k per month in sales and beyond. But that’s up to you: you might choose to just make extra income on the side and maintain the safety net. 

Either way, you win.

  • How much capital do I need to have to launch and scale my LEB ( Lean eCommerce brand)

We recommend at least $7K total. Why? To have a breathing room when testing products, experimenting. About 1-2k is a good starting budget to get momentum with FB or Tik Tok ads. However you can also start running traffic for free using Organic TikTok strategy, to get the initial momentum.

Many people confuse lean ecom brands for dropshipping. Dropshipping is a business model where you don’t own your own inventory. We use dropshipping model as a validation ground for lean ecom brands.

  • How much in ad spend do I need to spend to grow my Lean eCommerce Brand? 

We would recommend at least $1-2k so you can get sufficient data and get initial moementum. After that LEB’s are self sustainable and we reinvest profits back into the business to grow it farther.
